This page explains what this website collects, why, and what we do not do with it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

Website analytics

We measure how this site performs. That means we count things like how many people came, which pages they opened, roughly what part of the country they came from, whether they were on a phone or a computer, and whether they tapped the call button. We read those numbers once a month to see whether the site is doing its job.

What we do not collect: your name, your address, your payment details, or anything that identifies you personally. We do not build a profile of you, we do not follow you to other websites, and we do not sell or rent this data to anybody. It is counted, not catalogued.

Session recordings

We also use a tool that records how the pages get used — where a cursor moved, what was tapped, how far down someone scrolled. It plays back as an anonymous outline, not a video of you: no camera, no microphone, and anything typed into a form is hidden before it ever reaches us. We watch them to find the spots where the site is confusing, and for nothing else. Nothing is recorded unless you press Accept on the cookie notice.

Cookies

Our analytics may store a small file in your browser, called a cookie, so that one person opening four pages is counted as one visit rather than four. It holds no personal information. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time and the site will keep working normally.

What happens when you contact us

The phone number and email address on this site are ordinary ones. If you call or email, we keep what you tell us for as long as we need it to do your work and keep our records. We do not sell it and we do not hand it to anyone for marketing.

What the web host sees

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and the pages requested. That is how the internet works.

Your choices

Most browsers offer a Do Not Track setting and a way to clear or block cookies. If you would rather we did not count your visit at all, turning cookies off for this site is enough. If you want to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted, call or email and we will handle it.
